MUR Iconic 3

Heyo! Today, we shall review the (this is a mouthful) Makeup Revolution Redemption Palette Iconic 3 Eyeshadow Palette. I decided for this palette specifically, as I’ve heard it’s a dupe for the Naked 3 Palette, so where can you go wrong?

The palette is £4, and I have to warn you that mine’s a bit used.

The palette itself isn’t too chunky, but it’s still quite big.

close up. it does seem to be an exact dupe!

In the palette, the colours are so very pretty. I don’t own the Naked 3 palette myself, but it does look very similar from pictures. As you can see, there’s a bit of fall out, but not too much.

arm swatching!! this photo was very hard to take

Swatching the palette, with some colours, you had to rub a little bit harder, but most shades did it fine. Overall, the colours are very nice, but mostly shimmery.

Okay, so the first four shades are the most pinkiest. It includes a highlight shade, but it’s not as pigmented. The next three, on the eye, aren’t as pinky but more shiny.

the next four shades, from the copper

The next four shades are my favourite. The copper and the gold are my go to on this palette, whilst the next one I often use as a base and the other one is really nice to look at.

the last four are the ones on the end.

The last four shades are (obviously) the darkest. I haven’t gone down this end yet, for the fear of working with darker shades.

Overall, this palette is quite good, especially for £4. Yes, it does come with a sponge applicator, but I’m happy with it. So that’s it for this week, I’m back to school on Tuesday. It means, we’ll be going back to normal with the posting. Bye!
