Mini MakeUp Hall #1

Heyo! If I don’t post next week, I am terribly sorry. Anyway, today I thought it would be really cool if I did a mini make up hall. I went out with a friend and I needed to pick up a few things from Superdrug and as the brands aren’t as expensive as other ones, I’ve decided to give you a run down of each product. I don’t actually find a problem with any of these products.

Above, we have the Makeup Revolution Redemption Palette Iconic 3. This palette was on £4, and I’m so impressed with the pigment. It’s easy to blend, shows up, and definitely lasts. It’s half the price of a Sleek one, and if you can find the Chocolate Palette, it’s a great dupe for the Two Faced one. There is a great range in these eyeshadows, and the most expensive comes to £8.

Next, we have the Makeup Revolution Radiant Lights in Breathe. For £3, it’s really good! It’s a champagne colour, and had a subtle shimmer. It’s really nice on the cheeks, and I feel like you can’t go hard with it at all. Also, I love the packaging. MUR do really nice highlighters, so if you wanted to try the Benefit Watt’s Up!, this is an okay dupe (it’s powder. But it doesn’t go anywhere!). It could also dupe as an eyeshadow (I tried. It worked!)

This is the Makeup Revolution (can you see where this is going) Bronzer Kiss. It was £2. It’s cool toned, matt with a slight shimmer. It’s great for contouring, which is what I use it for (I’m already bronze enough). But the coolest thing is that the mirror’s on the back. I’m in love with this, but the problem is that the packaging is a bit of fun, and it swings out.
S W I N G S.

Okay, this is the MUA Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter. It was £3, and could it be prettier? I really didn’t want to use this, it looks so good. It’s in Iridescent Gold, which means it’s gold a nice, gold shimmer and looks lovely on the cheeks. Not tried this on the eye, but it’ll probably look good there too. Only downside is that there’s no mirror.

So, that is what I have for you. These are really great products, and so if you’re on a budget, I’d seriously suggest these two brands. If you’d like to see me do a make-up look, comment down below. Also, suggest other lower price products that really work. Let’s help each other out.
